Noticing.

^^ On this beach, in particular, I found myself thinking about how to bottle up a feeling so that it can be tapped into again and again and again. I suppose that is the fleeting nature of a feeling, but I wish I could preserve the way I felt in this moment with these people.

I'm struggling a bit to come up with words for this post. Words that don't sound cheesy or sentimental about how much this little cruise we took meant to me. Words that don't make other friends who didn't come feel less valued or forgotten. But I'm struggling. So I will just say, that this trip, with these people, was a gift I will treasure always. To have fun together, and laugh, and be free to be silly... it was just the best. I am so grateful, still. A month later.
